What happens when art refuses to please? This question will be explored at the seminar “Nordic Niceness? Public Art Beyond Consensus” which brings together artists, researchers, and cultural practitioners from across the Nordic countries to discuss public art. The seminar approaches public art as a space for negotiation, disagreement, and a sense of belonging to a community.
